I gave £10 donation to Concern Universal. It should have tracked at £21 but has only tracked at £1.50 / 11%. That means that imutual has treated it as DD sale. That is VERY misleading. If I knew I would not get £10 + 200 shares I may have gone elsewhere.

    Description Cashback Shares
    £20 Donation £41 400
    £10 Donation £21 200
    £5 Donation £10.50 100
Wye Valley Challenge Commission £2.10 20
    Gift For Good 15% 15% 1 / £1
    Validated direct debit sale 11% 1 / £1

    I trusted imutual :(

Hey tm, give us a chance! You did your transaction less than an hour before the above post. What happened to "Patience, patience & patience." ;)

It's the merchant that's decided how to classify the transaction, and if you believe they've done this incorrectly we'll fight your corner and get them to change it. You've done the right thing by submitting a claim, and you can expect to have the claim dealt with within our usual timeframe :)

Patience has it's place. I don't leave things to the last minute as life leaves no room for ifs, maybes and buts.

    Hi,

Looking for some help from the company representative - I completed the MoneyVista offer on May 2nd and it tracked fine.

It initially had an award date of July 1st - but this has passed now and that date disappeared. It now states that the status is "extended".

Any clues how long this will take to become payable? It was £10 when I did it!

    Hi daisy_jean

It looks like we're due to receive payment for your transaction around 24th of this month, at which point you an expect your transaction status to change to Awarded

    Hope that helps :)
