Thanks for your kind comments
Yes, the claim form will offer you the choice to claim £20, because that was the only rate advertised at the time. In the claim details, please refer to the MSE "free trial" compromise offer. As per the proposed compromise, we will accept the claim and award you £10 (unless you did actually purchase a product, of course!). Hope that clarifies things“Official Company Representative

Many thanks for this!
Edit: It has now tracked and I'm just waiting for it to become payable and my details to be verified. I also think the site is now my favourite for daily clicks too

The £10 has been awarded - thank you very much
How do I cash it out though? As when I go to redeem it says 'You must wait until at least £1 cashback has been awarded before you can redeem'.0 -
Sorry, there was a problem with the calculation of your awarded balance. You should find that you are able to request a payment now

so its ok :-) good sorry I only joined recently, I thought the pending was while the company was looking into it to make sure we had done the offer and that was when they would check we had and then confim or decline it.
So was a bit worried that because the company was never going to ok it due to the fact I have not paid for their software that it would just stay pending. Does that make sense? I was just a little concerned mine was so much longer than Jelly foxes but if that's pending ok then that's fine :-)
Thank you again for your help xx0
