Hi albionwarrior, sorry to hear that an offer has failed to track for you

Are you referring to the moneyvista offer? We've responded to every query we've received about that :?

If you can login to your imutual account and submit a query I'll make sure that this gets looked into :)

    Rich

Could you possibly look into the issue with the logmein not even showing in people's tracking please? Or should we put in tickets? There is obv a problem as it is not just one of us. I have installed everything, had a welcome email off them and done full set up now since the printer sprang into life at 3am this morning lol. Not sure of their wireless printing that only took about 4 hours to get from laptop to the printer lol. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

If its not working for people it will need to come down won't it?

And to the previous person, I have been paid for things so maybe there was an error at time of doing. Work with the site as it's clear they do pay because a lot of us have been paid x

Hi, yes I saw the comment about logmein earlier today.

The cashback offer is described as follows:

LogMeIn Product Purchase £20 cashback 250 shares

So the cashback is only for when you go on to pay for one of their products (this has been the case since January). However, our general description of Logmein did refer to the fact that you can trial the software for free (I have since updated it)

So I'm guessing that some people have downloaded the software (on a free trial) and may be expecting £20 cashback

Is that the case? I do apologise if anyone has found our description confusing :embarasse

    Ah, I see

Claims can take up to 80 days for a resolution. I know this may sound a long time, but this is purely due to the length of time that many merchants take to respond :(

I can see the claim you're referring to and I need to check something with you before forwarding to the merchant. I'll contact you via your imutual account

Further to my messages that my MoneyVista visit didn't track. I contacted iMutual who told me how to resolve the situation by asking a family member or friend to complete registration using a specially provided link. We did that and it tracked at £20 but they said when we had done this to contact them again and they will update the tracking to £30, which they did.

Very impressed, thanks iMutual! For the record I originally used Chrome with AdBlock when it didn't track but it went through instantly using IE8 with no Ad Blocking software.

I also had success as i said in my post earlier when i turned Adblock off. This seems to be a major factor in an offer being tracked or not. So for everyone else that reads this thread, you should definitely turn it off while you do this offer.
