You're not the first (and no doubt you will not be the last) to make this mistake...none of the above companies are part of the 4U empire, they simply use a 4U company (Dextra) to supply them with their mobiles. The text about Dextra plastered all over their "about us" section is merely a cunning ploy to make you associate them with a much bigger company.

To clarify my point...If I were to set up a mobile retail operation tomorrow and sign up to Vanilla Mobile to supply me with product to sell, would that make me part of the Carphone Warehouse Group?...I think not.

edit: The above comments are not about P4U itself which is, of course, part of the 4U empire.
