I've decided to aim for under £100,000 by end of the year, which would mean reducing by £6k in total. I'm horrified to see that without overpayments my mortgage has only reduced by £13k in 6 whole years, outrageous!

    No. 48 here .

Oops, have got a bit confused I think :o. Just checked table and something missing :p.

Balance as of 1st May should read £21,062 so can you put me down for a payment of £4,237 to balance the books please - that's 2 months worth.
Harumph :(. Having gone to all the trouble of posting the above, and VM updating the spreadsheet, it says I am slightly behind which is just rude .

Now if it said 'slight of behind' I'd be well chuffed :rotfl:.

Another 600 for me which yet again keeps us above our monthly target and therefore ahead of schedule. Looking forward to the acknowledgement letter which will show us as beeing sub £180k (Every 10k is our dream atm!)
