    Just checking in to say hello. March mortgage payment has gone in to bank already so I will update on Friday. Only 2 payments left for us and we are carrying on as is as we'll be having the bathroom done next week and then some building work in the hall stairs and landing done at the end of the month.
    Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek: :eek: :eek: £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.
    MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.
    2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.
  • My march payment, a day early please. paid £200 today and usual payment of £590.63 will go tomorrow, so £790.63 for march. no 7.

    Might not manage much this month as off to vegas next week. of course, if i get lucky in a casino then might manage to pay the whole lot!
    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k

    Hoping there might be a bit more this month as we don't have to pay council tax so some of this will hopefully be going towards the mortgage, although, promised other half a take away as well:)

    Day coach trip thru desert--Hoover dam/grand canyon--the size is immense --hard to comprehend

    oooo kirsty i hope you enjoy it... i hated it and couldnt do it sober ( hadnt drank for 5 years before going to vegas)

    but i knew i would have felt this way long before i went, i went there to go see the grand canyon ... that was worth the pain of vegas :)

    father in law loved vegas and hated the canyon so it does go to show everyone is different :)

    Hi all. MFW #30 checking in with a Feb OP total of £509.14. Managed to squirrel quite a bit into a savings account towards maternity leave later in the year as well so I've had a good month - isn't it amazing what a difference those 3 wee days less make!
