    Decembers standing order of £842 has came out the account.

    Only £224 below my target overpayments of £10,000. Will have a look around the accounts next week after all the christmas spending is done, and see if I can reach the 10k before the end of December :)
    Mortgage debt : -£17,000
    2019 overpayments : £23,000

    I am struggling a bit now thanks to a tax bill that will need paid - but am so close to my target, managed to find £86 to pay today - no 7 please.
    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k
  • Decided to raid the redundancy payment for a £500 final OP of the year.....my holiday present to myself!!:rotfl::D

    £337.48 needed to reach my 2013 target. Doubt we'll manage the £300, might OP a bit more after Christmas but can't see that 37.48 will make a real difference to our finances so going to OP that amount right now :-)
