    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k

  • UPDATE: 2013 MFW No. 56

    Pleased to report a steady £16.67 per month, every month of this year so far and set to continue well into 2014 too. Also a tiny £116 OP in Feb too.

    Unfortunately we're not going to reach the target I set of £800 but we will be able to afford a kitchen next year!
    MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.

  • Well the roof work did not get done so I may as well add the money to the mortgage fund before it gets spent on something else. I wil probably have to borrow it back again next month but it will all work out when I get my redundancy payment in January :j

    Number 135 reporting in with first November overpayment of £483.68. I think that makes my total up to £6783.68
