I would guess that if the ppc were to try it on after popla," the popla decision if final" would be a firm defence. BPA, not being other than a trade organisation, saying they can have another go would not carry much weight imho.

I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
