Hi PP, nice to have you back.
Kids to get to school then to go to a funeral 25 minutes away where we used to live.
The snow day enabled me to clean the littlies room and empty the wash baskets. The kitchen was re-done and a shepherds pie was constructed and consumed. The LR was skimmed over and all the floors swept/hoovered/mopped downstairs.
I will wash the bunk bed sheets today. Praise be for tumble dryers.0 -
Morning ladies
First time in for about 10 days so thank you Dusty and Natty. Has been a bit of a rollercoaster with lots going on so there wasnt much to report flying wise other than keeping on top of the dailies and I havent had chance to read back so not up to date with all your goings on. Hence I hope we are all well and if not have a Kazmeister huggle xx Didnt get the job I went for which was a bit gut wrenching as I'd waited 9 years to take the step up and still just not good enough and it went to an external person. Will be hard them starting and having to teach them a certain amount of the job so DH decided it would be too hard to have to be there when he starts so has booked us a holiday to Mexicoin January so will be well out of the way for the first 2 weeks.
Not at work today or tomorrow and have lots to do so need to get up and get on with breakfast and then finding and starting the list. Will p op back in to see who's about later

Morning all. Well a good time was had by all (Leeds again) but my head is banging this morning and no tablets in the house.
Off to get dailies out of the way and then do the paid stuff. Will try my best with the list later.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Breakfast done - think I'll just brush hair and teeth and then shower later before going to the Christmas show as am going to get grubby with the amount of flying to do! See, ambitious thoughts. Need to find a list first, oh and musnt forget to iron one of Dh's best shirts before 12 as he has an interview for a driving job this afternoon, which he is hoping to do when he retires in January. Joke is he has driven a rapid response vehicle for the last 27 years and was a traffic cop before that but he has to have a driving test. Suppose they have to be thorough and go thru the due process lol.
Anyway this isnt getting anything done

My neck of the woodsIt is shocking how quickly the roads get gridlocked around here! I think it is because we are packed in like sardines
WM on, DW restacked (DH did it), so I will put that on before heading out to toddler group. I need to get some bread on the way back, so will pick up more kitchen roll while it is on offer. I am going to get myself sorted now, as it will take me a while to de-ice the car methinks
Hugs, sticks and spoons to those that need it x0 -
