Well I seem to be incapable of doing this....

Just eaten 2 chocolate bars!!!!! I mean 2!!!!!!!! Why do I put these things in my mouth????

My back and leg are hurting like mad, I've taken a half dose of my painkillers as I need something. I have to weigh-in tonight and I feel really fat and horrible.

    Not a good day

    Morning

Ok I've given this diary a bit of a rest.

I put on 11lbs on Thursday night and I have been working really hard this weekend to get some of it off at weigh in tonight. So wish me luck.

OH and I talked about moving in together at the weekend and we have decided that it will be a logical step (although we are not in any hurry) and will talk about it again in the new year when we are in a better position to save for it. Which is really exciting and hopefully as I will have a reason to save I will manage it a bit better!

Nothing much to report on the money front. I am feeling a bit better about everything and I haven't had any chocolate since Thursday night :D Which has to be a record at the moment!!

I'm off to do my daily clicks and stuff, so will see you later

OOOh how exciting Lucy. I loved moving in with my OH, it was dead exciting....all the novelty has left it now though. I guess washing his stuff etc kinda takes the magic out...ha ha ha.

Anyway, would you have to look for a new place to move into together? I know you said your not really looking at it just now but ahem....I get excited about these things.

Well he hates the flat he is in now, so we would look for something new together.

I'm hoping in the town I work in which would cut my petrol costs down and would mean that Mum would be able to visit easily. His current place is a little hard to get to on public transport!

I have a friend who moved into her new place in June and they put £360 a month into the house fund and everything including food comes out of that. So I should hopefully be able to afford it, if I learn to stick to my budgets! But it's a reason to learn I guess!

I found it much easier to stick to budgets living with OH because I don't wanna mess his finances up. If I mess up and can't afford stuff it has a big impact on him. And I'd be annoyed if it happened the other way round too.

We have a joint account and we both have direct debts going into it. Then all the bills come out of that. I rarely notice the moneys gone actually, because it comes out the day after I get paid...so I never even see it!! Doh!

The only problem I can forsee is that OH is paid weekly while I'm paid monthly and he's not very good with money either.

    So we'll have to see

Well just popped to the supermarket for petrol (stayed in budget!) And to get a few things and £25 cash back. But because my few bits (replacing the xmas sweets I ate in my binge) I spent £4.24 and only got £20 cashback!!

    I must be learning!!!

Yey you....see my underwear buying was done with budgeting in mind too....I did it through Quidco, and am due to get about £20 back in December/Jan.

Even when I'm bad, I'm good really. :-)

    Very clever!

I have to admit I had a look through this morning at what gifts I have left to get for Christmas and where I can earn cashback or points. I should be doing ok, but Crabtree and Evelyn stuff is proving to be difficult! I may have to give up on that one.

    Hi Lucy,

fab news about you and OH planning a move in together, maybe you would both be able to guide each other through the mine field that is money and keep an eye on each other, Sounds great.

Try not to worry to much re the weight, I'v ehad times where it's been up and down and it is hard, but you know that up CAN come back down again.
Maybe treat yourself to something lovely from that make up counter if you manage 5 days without chocolate or something? you go girl!! xx
