Well done all you dieters. I'm blessed with a fast metabolism so I'm ok in the weight department, which is just as well because I don't have the will power to stop eating.

Having said that I don't like chocolate or cakes or anything like that. So I eat fairly healthy most of the time I think. But my mum said she was like me until she had kids.....so I figure, fit the eating loads in now because if I ever have kids then I'm going to have to recall all the amazing advice I read on here!

Hope your all having a lovely weekend.

Oooo you lucky person! Although saying that I have a friend from Uni like you, she could eat anything and everything until she had children and then weight never came off. But she enjoyed food so wasn't to bothered.

I would love to not like cakes and chocolate though.

Anyway I had an ok weekend, ate all the things I shouldn't do, but will have to deal with that one.

I had a reaction to the free stuff clinque gave me  so was running around yesterday trying to find something that didn't make my face itch!!! which was ok as Boots had 3 for 2 on.

Bank balance is still looking really good, although I am going to have another go at the spending diary as I really need to cut down, although I nearly had a moment yesterday when we stopped in the garden centre. I was looking at these lovely fish bowl (that big glass ones) thinking how lovely it would look with a couple of fancy goldfish in... I had just the spot in mind and then I thought!!! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!! (sorry to shout) so needless to say walked away very quickly and didn't spend anything!

So how's the best way of keeping a spending diary??

Lol....yeah, I love my food too, so stuff it!

As for the spending diary, I find it really hard. I just write on a cash flow thing my incomings/outgoings etc. And now I'm starting to keep a track of food purchases, but failing that, I really don't know.

I'll be quite interested in the suggestions too!

    Morning.

Well I switched slimming groups last night. And had managed to put on 4lbs over the weekend . But this is my new start and I want to lose another 2 1/2 stone which I will do.

Money is looking good, I picked up a notebook to have another go at the spending diary, I managed ok, just need to update the website account so I can get pie charts and stuff.

So here is hoping for a low spend day and a good food day.

    Hi!

Having a good week, keeping my spending diary which is making me think a bit more about things. I might have a small spend today, but I'm not sure yet.

    Have fun

    Morning Guys!

Just thought I would drop another update. Money is going good, I just need to go and update by online spending diary. It's looking ok, I still think I can make cuts and will just have to be really strict with myself. I'm on holiday (at home) all next week, so that should be a nice cheap time.

I am going out with a friend on Monday which will involve lunch out, but as neither of us have much cash it'll be somewhere nice but cheap.

I've been really good food wise and only had 11 syns since Monday (I can have 10 a day) But I am going to try and save them in case I want anything nice at the weekend. Although I am going through chocolate withdrawal, I have had a splitting headache for days, ever since I stopped eating the stuuf. Ah well hopefully it'll stop at some point. But I am not going to eat any and in actual fact I don't want any, which can only be a good thing!

    Take care x
