I've just actually looked at the new forum.... doesn't it look good!

I'm glad that they have moved all the sticky's into one post, that has always seemed like a good idea. And I am also very pleased that the diaries get to stay!

Morning!

Well I had a bit of a shopping trip over the weekend. I have finished 2 sets of christmas pressies completely!! All really cheaply to, I got a friend a set of pink fluffy fairy lights (£3.49!) BARGAIN!!

I also got myself a few bits, but nothing was especially expensive. Although loving the new boots I treated myself to! The store card place opens in about 5 mins so I will be calling them to pay off and cancel my store card. I have the money sat in my savings account ready to go and I thought it would be easier to call them and pay it and cancel it all at the same time. So I am really excited.

I'll let you know when I done that as it's the last of the little ones to go then it's just the big loan and a little bit on my A and L OD but that should go at the end of this month. All in all I'm feeling good about it all. Although I have a nasty little cold that is really making me feel like a pile of poo!

HAPPY DAYS!!

Store card is paid and CANCELLED!! I am card free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to do a little dance, but I am at work and I think they might wonder what I am doing!

Yey...well done to you. I've been an idiot and forgotten to bring a drink with me today so I shall have to buy one. Although I did remember to bring my lunch...yey me!

I also remembered to unplug the unnecessary stuff before leaving the house. I watched a program on how leaving stuff plugged in wastes LOADS of unnecessary energy and it upset me....so I'll be unplugging from now on.

Well Done on unplugging. I really need to start doing something like that. My pet peeve is standby lights!! How much energy must be used everyday because something has a standby light!

Morning all

Still feeling like poo, if anything I think it's worse but there is nothing much I can do, I've taken my Day Nurse so will just have to suffer!

Well very excited about paying off my store card and closing the account yesterday, although I still need to cut the cards up when I get home, as I didn't get round to it yesterday :rolleyes:

That's about it really, my poor little ill brain really can think of much at the moment!

I hope you feel better soon, I have aches and a runny nose and a very sore throat:o I think there are loads of things going round at the moment.

My OH reckons nurofen cold pills are better than daynurse so I am dosed up on those.
