    Morning all.

Well I managed to lose 1/2 lb last night, not much but all things considered I was rather please.

Money is looking good and I am hoping for a nice quiet weekend. I have a busy day at work today, and will hopefully get loads done.

I need to draft a research paper for Monday and at the moment I don't really have any research let alone a paper

So we shall see how we get on!

I feel much better for my 2 stone, so you must feel amazing.

The 3lbs will come off really soon, I'm sure.

Hopefully, I've started to lose again. I've lost 2 weeks running which is the first time since July!!

Looks like your doing really well. Do you need this weeks internet password? because it's autumn!

    Thanks for the password !!!

My hubby has gone from being really grumpy about dieting, to feeling really positive, so we keep each other strong. When I feel like cheating, he says no and vice versa. He's done well too - he's lost 2 1/2 stone since 9th August.

Well done all you dieters. I'm blessed with a fast metabolism so I'm ok in the weight department, which is just as well because I don't have the will power to stop eating.

Having said that I don't like chocolate or cakes or anything like that. So I eat fairly healthy most of the time I think. But my mum said she was like me until she had kids.....so I figure, fit the eating loads in now because if I ever have kids then I'm going to have to recall all the amazing advice I read on here!

Hope your all having a lovely weekend.
