Just had a very long winded conversation with my Mother about train tickets.. I love her dearly, but it was really hard work.
Just had a yummy jacket potato and beans for lunch, so feeling nicely stuff and I still have a yogurt in the fridge for mid-afternoon snack.
Got the rest of my filing to do this afternoon, which I find so boring. But it really needs to be done. Looks like the weather report for Sunday has changed again and we are back to sunshine, so looking good for the car boot, just need to get sorting when I get home. I'm taking everything I can fit in my car... It's only a feista, but I can fit loads in
Feeling really wide awake, I think it must be the heathly food I've eaten for the last 2 days.... It's bit like a sugar rush, but better for you :rotfl:
Anyway, off to do some filing..... well between checking in on this site anyway (far more interesting!!)

What about loads of fresh fruit? I love fruit salads or low fat yogurts are really good to.
My consultant always says that if you are really hungry then you can always sit down to another small meal. Have some more pasta if you want it, or a small jacket potato.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Thanks - I'm not a fruit person though but I'll have to start liking it!!"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

Like I said go for pastas or noodles etc, they fill you up and on the diet I do they are free food so you can eat as much as you like.

Hi Lucy,
I joined your Christmas Challenge the other day and have read your diary from beginning to end today (work's pretty slow at the minute!!) and I just wanted to say I think you're wonderful. What you've achieved in a few months is fantastic and you remain positive and eager to make this work, even in the face of unforseen obstacles (eg. the car- I've got my first MOT on Monday-yikes!!). Reading through your diary has really reinforced my resolve to get these relatively-small-but-niggly debts paid off as soon as possible so I can start living my life properly.
So thanks for the inspiration and I hope everything goes well for you. I'll be contributing to the Christmas thread but I'll also keep an eye on this one to see your progress. Hope the Car Boot is a big success on Sunday!
Best wishes, Lucy xWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Awww. Thanks!
I guess I have come a long way, not that it's always easy. Still I'll get there eventually. Just means that somethings need to be put on hold for a while.
But the good news is starting. I've just made another sale on Amazon so that can go in the post on Monday (I don't have a printer at home  ) and I've had a really good food day and only eaten the 2 chocolates I'd alotted myself :T
So tomorrow is the big car boot clear out. I have a massive junk cupboard at the top of the stair, I'm going to take as much of it as I can, anything that wont go can be put on Amazon or Ebay (assuming I ever try it!) So I'm feeling good at the moment.
Just need to try and keep this up.

Morning
So far today I have organised everything for the car boot tomorrow. Came across a load of really good books, so I am now sat putting them all on Amazon... It's taking ages!
But hopfully things will sell and they'll add to my debt funds. Feeling really good today. I had a good food day yesterday, so that has boosted me a bit for the moment.
Mum is off to help my Aunt with her pub this afternoon, so I have the day to myself which is lovely and hopefully I'll have all the car boot stuff sorted for tomorro by lunchtime, so I can just chill out this afternoon. Well that's the plan anyway!!
Hope everyone has a good weekend, I'll post again later xCurrent debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Sounds like you're doing really well Lucy
Btw - You could just write a pretty note and include the details about the book sale? I never used to print out the slips as I didn't know we should! No one complained
But I don't know if that's right.
