Sudden increase in broadband usage - any suggestions?

    Yup - it's on WPA security.
    Fortunately most of the 10 year-olds I know are more interested in playing football than hacking into people's broadband ;-)
    I take your point, though.

    When I have time/am feeling patient enough in the next few days, I'll 'phone BT and see if they have any stats on whether there was particularly high usage at any specific times in case there's a pattern.

    And the ones that are, aren't going to tell you about it...
    Why not monitor your own usage using one of the many free programs available?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    I know of a 10 year old having "adult" content blocked on home internet and was hacking others wifi to just access it !
    SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)
