I stopped by my Sainsburys in NW London, a small & obscure Sainsbury at 8.20am on my way to the tube station and they were all sold out..... They are nice looking bags & you can use them for more than just shopping as they are quite sturdy, but to pay £75 for one…no way… Oh well you win some you lose some :rolleyes:0

I am intrigued, as this "Designer" bag costs a fiver can I safely pressume that
1) If you buy it and use it you gain intelligence, wealth, health, happiness and above all total life satisfaction. If all I get is a lable saying "Materialistic" then, no thanks I don`t want one. I would rather put the money towards my shopping bill infact if I had that much to waste on a bag I would rather give it to charity. I waited since 4:30 am for a store that opened at 7am
At 7am they gave the tickets to the first 30 in the queue so that we could get warm and do any shopping before we were allowed to 'claim' the bags at 8.
I don't think this is unfair at all - If anyone turned up at 7:45 and 'joined the queue' they would have been far behind the 30+ that were already waiting before 70 -
Yeah, i got one!!! well pleasedA smile and manners doesnt cost any thing0

I've got three Marks and sparks £1.99 bags. They're much stronger than plastic ones, with nicer handles. I keep them in the boot, along with a cardboard wine box, and a Lidl freezer bag. Use them everywhere I need to.I Believe in saving money!!!:T
