Hi on the occasional start up of my 'Dell' laptop, even though connected to internet wirelessly OK, 'Firefox' or 'IE' won't open until I shut down & restart? Is there anything I could check?
Thx

They should open regardless of your internet connection. Are you simply double clicking on the icon on your desktop? Do you get an error message when you try to do this or does nothing happen? I would suggest reinstalling one. Or even better - download Chrome and see if that works.
Are you clicking the desktop icon btw?
And what version of windows?
You could try opening one from Run
