I had a walk into the village yesterday to buy eggs and spent my last pound on a scratchcard with which I won £2 :j I've popped it into my pot 'cos what you never have you never miss!

Food shop done today but only potted 2p as I need to keep the last £9 for the weekend top up shop. OH came with me :eek: so a few beers seemed to find their way into my trolley when my back was turned :cool:

31p in the pot after the post office run, DS managed to convince me to 'lend' him a £5 er to go to town with his mate . . . as he still owes me £27 I wont be seeing it back any time soon *rolls eyes*

No roadkill to be seen at the minute :eek: stupid good weather, means people are happy to stop and pick their dropped pennies up I think rather than running on to get out of the rain

Happy Monday, everyone... lots of grumpies in my house this morning; I was the only one who readily got out of bed as I haven't had the pleasure of multiple lie-ins (not even one, actually) over the past two weeks and so wasn't out of routine

Just 5p roadkill potted today, but that's 5p more than it would have been otherwise (if that makes sense).

sparky, you've gone quiet again! We are all lovely really and will protect you from any big bad gangs in NYC (they wouldn't dare mess with us, and especially not jakes-mum and LC2), so it would actually be very useful to have us along for the ride from a personal safety point of view :rotfl: Could even bring Miss Eve as well, she's moving up the ranks in Kung Fu now so would be a great asset

Right, time for the off... spinning class in twenty minutes, time to try out my new funky colours super supportive sports bra and make sure it works :eek:
