I am hoping i can rejoin you all i am #1805.

I bought my tin today the one from the £1 shop and i have put 20p in that i found in DP pocket :)

I know i am late in starting but im hoping you dont mind me joining in now. Last year the SPC helped me and DP out a lot due to my little girl in and out of hospital from when she was born so it helped pay my parents back all the parking fees that they lent us the money for. This year my target is £200.00 which i am hoping we can do. (fingers crossed)

Hi there, tinks!! It's so good to see you back with us again! I hope your little girl is much better by now. You never need to re-join with SPC you're all automatically transferred each year when I start the new thread. I've updated your Target, all the best with it. However, your No is 1803, could you kindly put it right for me on your siggy? Thanks tinks and save well! :D

Am I the only one who finds themselves randomly shaking their pot every now and then to feel how heavy it is? Must say thart I'm not quite satisfied with the weight of mine yet. :rotfl:

No you're not, ThunderCat, I'm even prone to doing the very same with mine, well, why not!! ;)

Sue-UU my german student admitted he missed our sense of humour when he went home at christmas, always good to hear especially as we rib him mercifully :D

You are awful, mishmogs, but I'm sure you're the ideal family for him for sure. ;)

Thanks for the lovely welcome, mossy, for also being so helpful to becca. A gold star definitely deserved. :staradmin

I'm not saying it is, dinglefoot, but it may be possible that the halfpenny is worth a little more than it was years ago.

Good to see you've been out, elizabunny, all the best for you.

    £12.56 in the pot today.

Some very good savings, everyone, keep hard at it - and yes, every bit does help and add up! :grinheart

Oh Nicky you must be getting sooo excited! Not long to go now :) Hope you feel better today....Do let us know when baby arrives!

Potted just 49p this morning which is all I have left from my personal spending. I'm trying hard to cut down on the amount of petrol we use (it seems to have had a price hike again) so I've let OH take my car to work instead of me driving the same distance twice in order to drop him off and pick him up again. It means I'm stuck at home for the whole weekend  but at least it's 2 NSDs

Hi and welcome to any Newbies :D and << hugs>> to anyone who's poorly at the mo

Stay warm peeps, snow is forecast later today :snow_grin xx
