Today I am a little upset....

I am self-employed and Work has not gone well this Week so I had to take £10 out of my Pot to cover Travel Expenses....NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Oh well...I think from now on I just have to be REALLY REALLY careful what I put in there...and only put it in if I'm sure I won't need it for anything....So that's what I'm going to do...and also hope that Work improves...maybe it's because it has been January....and that's always quiet....

Anyway...Onwards and Upwards....And I've still got £16-odd in the Pot so it's not like I cleared it out altogether...

A reasonable day yesterday; £25 petrol cost and £5 charity donation at 2nd job seminar... Sue, thanks for the asterisks tip! You will be pleased that I got up at 4.30am for my b*dy sh*p conference as it meant five of us car shared from Devon to West Midlands and didn't spend out on a hotel the night before! Very MSE-minded, I hope you will agree! And I hope it will be a worthwhile investment to help me earn a bit extra and get the credit card bills paid off once and for all! :rotfl:

Apart from that, a midget 11p potted courtesy of non-emptied pockets in the laundry, but better in the pot than not! Off food shopping later, so hopefully a few companion coins into the pot after that!!

Another fiver in the pot last night. My son's birthday went great, his friends came round and I made a cake hehe. Ordered him some games for his new PSP and despite his only being 8, he said he would pay half out of his birthday money ( hence my £5 ) and he has put the rest of his money plsu a $1 dollar bill he found in the street into his terrimundi that he got when he was a baby

Checked the weather in Chicago minus 17 wind chill taking it to minus 26, really looking forward to getting to the top of the Sears tower & the John Hancock tower, I think it'll be a bit chillier up in the air. Hope T is on the mend, tell him J & I were asking after him.
