Any paper proof of item being 'accepted' by courier should do. I don't use couriers though so I don't know what documentation you get. My relative has the proof from collect plus - ie reciept from shop. This shows the postal address AND tracking ref.
Postage was paid for via paypal.
It was posted next day - and shows as tracked.0
