hi there,
back from a gret weekend in london. so as expected was a low cost weekend. spent £17 in total so pretty happy with that. Usually on a payday weekend i can just fritter £50+ on nothing so im pleased.
have done a tesco shop to be delivered at 8-10 tomorrow night managed to get it a few quid under £35 so happy with that as well.
should hear about Hubs interview this week so fingers crossed for that. he's obviously still applying for anything going and contacting the agencies but month before isnt exacting good time for trade work but still trying.
im gonna go for this week being only spends on petrol and that is all.
next weekend we're out with some friends for a few drinks but that has been budgeted for and will be taken out in cash and once its gone...we're off home
feeling positive so going to try and keep these feelings up for the week.
hope you've all had a good weekend xFacing up to things - nov 2012 total 9334.95

this months loan payment to mint gone out so only 2 payments left to go and that that loan completed. that one grates on me the most as i took it out ot help an ex out when he was suicidal with his debt. makes me bitter. BUT at least i've done it and i kept thehouse going through the tough times so everything happens for a reason.
Have updated my signature to show & am happy with my progress.
NSD today as i've brought my lunch with me and will not need petrol until tomorrow.
need to be careful, we get paid early this month (19th rather than 27th) because of christmas so i am goig to transfer my normal money int the bills account (thats household bills). pay my credit cards and then transfer the money that is left out into my savings account until its normal pay day. if i dont do this i'll be absolutly skint by january payday & putting stuff on my card so i definately dont wantto do that. Think date wise with my ccs i'll be fine so think this is the best plan of action.
im so glad i am not worrying about xmas this year. I have bought both mums a bunch of flowers (on groupon deals) and a book for a friends daughter (a living social deal) all with quidco cash back and thats it. no more presents. Hubs & i arent doing it and although i feel bad...id rather do that and pay more of my debt than not.
Have drawn up a schedule and i think i can be debt free by Oct 2014. seems like a long way off but once hubs is working that will come forward quite substaitally as the household bills wont be just covered by me
hope you have a good day peopleFacing up to things - nov 2012 total 9334.95

Are you not eligible for any form of Tax Credits? Sorry not sure what the threshold is now
Assuming you haven't forgotten anything on your SoA that's a fairly decent surplus to start throwing at your debts0 -
