I request we have more thanks buttons. How about:
    1. Thanks, your post is a great help
    2. Thanks your post wasn't much help but i'm in a good mood
    3. Thanks but no thanks
    4. Thanks but what was the point in posting that pish
    5. Thanks for posting spam you useless waste of skin and bone

    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Some ideas about how we could best use our thanks:

    1) Thankbay - trade your thanks with other MSEers in exchange for goods.
    2) Thanks Lottery - tickets cost 1 thank and the jackpot you can win is 1000 thanks (the rest is donated to charity)
    3) Speed thanking - everyone posts a thread and the first one to be thanked wins. . ;)

I think everyone needs to lighten up a bit really, or as Michael Winner would say "calm down dear, it's just a MSE thread."

I'll have everyone know I'm certainly not a complete imbecile - I've been practising for years, and I think I'm making progress with the imbecility, but I reckon I must be at least two years away from completion... :D:D:D

...a few more threads like this would certainly help along the way though...

I can mooooooooooo! You'd all better thank me.

So - to summarise has anyone else got this Surveys.com invite or did MrsY only get it because she was e-mailing them to moan every 5 minutes??

Thanks? How veeeeeerrrry DARE you. I abstain from thanking the OP in favour of Thankebay.com and also the vote in favour of different thanks buttons... (speed thanking also gets my vote)

Sometimes my thanks button isn't even there.

I preferred it in the beginning of MSE when there wasn't a thanks button, no tantrums!
