if you lie on your back your face looks like it has no wrinkles i would guess lmao

Yes maybe but the reason I said to sleep on your back is that your face gets wrinkles cos it spends 8 hours squashed into a pillow - after a certain age this "pillow face" we have in a morning doesn't clear completely. I sleep on my left side and I definitely have some creasing on that side of my face but not the other. I've tried sleeping on my back to no avail.
  • hi its been a while since i did my beauty therpy but skin care is all about what your skin is like ? genraly a good moisuriser will work for most skins under 25 but after 25 you classed as old skin so genraly need a anti ageing product. my best advice is go to one of the skin care houses in a department store e.g lacombeor clarins and tell them you need advice on what skin care you should be using after they advise you ask them for a tester of there products most skin care houses are happy to give you a trial product !! thus free skin care!!!!
everydays a blessing what you do with your blessing determins how you will be blessed!!:o

Yeah- I see what you mean! But I don't really think you can control how you sleep- 'cos even if you fall asleep on your back, I think you unconsciously change position several times during the night.

A satin pillow case is the answer. Also great for keeping your hairstyle.

Since buying one of those memory foam pillows I sleep on my back all night, or at least I think I do....they take a little getting used to, infact they're blummin awful for a few nights, then after that they're great, I don't seem to get much back pain anymore.....

I've read a lot about memory foam - surely it must be really sweaty to sleep on like those bed-wetting thingies for kids beds. Opinions anyone?

My own opinion (after being on a healthy weight loss plan for 16 months) is that it's the other things you do that are a lot more important that the face cream you use.

The biggest single thing that makes a difference to my skin is drinking lots of water.

But lack of sun, smoke and a healthy diet are all important.

There is no point spending a lot on face creams if you are putting rubbish in your body.

My main motivation was to lose weight but I don't have good skin and I notice a big difference when I drink lots of water.
