Bad Signal O2 Mobile Phone

Where I used to work, there was an issue with the local O2 mast, so that the 3G wasn't working properly. I got in touch with O2 on numerous occasions, however not only was the mast not fixed, they were unable to give timings to get the problem sorted. It seems it's not an isolated case.0

What phone is it you are using?
If it is any form of smart phone perhaps try switching it to 2G only mode.
Tends to help alot with signal problems.0
