I will tell you what I would like a job at a place with a good name that does socially important work and helps improve the world.
If my mates can become accountants and bankers then I can do that. I am not after money or power but just doing something I feel is useful and improves the world.:beer:0

That's one person's opinion SP - not everyone
Seriously, you sound like a small child whining for a toy, "but mummmy eeeeeeeeeeeeveryone has it "
I admire that you want to do something with your life, but it takes time and it won't happen tomorrow. Einstein hadn't just walked out of university, Freud was no nipper... catching on?No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Didn't you have a thread on this recently? And then you changed your mind and started slagging off charities?0

So go and do it - just stop crapping on about it. All you do is argue with people who give you good advice based on experience of the employment market; why even bother? No-one here's going to give you a job, and you won't listen to any practical suggestions.Nelly's other Mr. Hyde0

I do not want a call centre job as it is looked down on by most people. I do not want to be looked down on and thought to be a waster.:beer:0

I know I'll regret this, but not much call for philosophers in the banking/accountancy world.
Maybe Alan Sugar has a job for you!

I am not whining. I am so frustrated that almost everyone else at uni seems to be able to get on in life and I can not even get an interview for a job I wanted.
I get frustrated because I am told work at a call centre and that just means I will be looked down on as a failure as it is not respected work.:beer:0

Don't you think you're more likely to be thought a waster if you find an excuse not to do every job suggested to you? Wouldn't it be better to have any job? If you hate it, you can move on0
