Take a look at the front page. It's like the Christmas episode of Dr Who. Snowmen everywhere. It looks fantastic. :T
Well Done Everyone
Ohh that was a good Xmas special wasn't it - I think I'm going to like the new assistant, reckon there's more to that story - bit like the River Song storyline. Can't wait for the next series to start proper - esp now Merlin has finished.fedupandskint wrote: »I declare my total for Dec at 12 NSD which isn't that great but better than none. I'm planning to budget better for next Christmas and not have quite so many spendy days in Dec again
Wishing one and all a Happy New Year and plenty of NSDs to come in 2013!
Fedup - that's a fab total, don't beat yourself up. Dec is a tough month for all of us (even us who have an uncanny affiliation with spreadsheets and are slightly OCD when it comes to organisation).
Well it's not a NSD for me, fortunately / unfortunately the A$sa glitch I saw is no longer workingbut I've just ordered something for OH b'day (something he saw when we were out xmas shopping - now 50% off
) and I'd kick myself if they sold before I ordered them.

Ohhh Lottie - was your mouth out with Igor's sprout punch - we never ever 'f**l' on here - we always do our best and sometimes life gets in the way. However, if this challenge is making you think about the spends you do make, then you're on the right track

Hi all
Just popping in to say I managed to get to my second target of 23 NSD's today. I managed 4 in a row on 3 occasions which is great!
All in all an excellent first time at this challenge & an amazing December considering!! I look forward to a slightly less high target next month while I get on my feet with starting back at work after 10 months off.
Wishing you all a Happy New Year & hoping your 2013 is everything you could hope for! See in the New Year with style folks. Myself and OH will be toasting with fizzy vimto from his mums Xmas hamper!

Marmite – Sorry if I made a wee blipI’ll make sure you are on NSD #21 when I do the front pages :T and give you your due prizes.:T
No,you didn't make a blip,I was just excited about getting a second prize!:o
I don't think that I can claim today as an nsd as I've just bought a second hand book online.Should be a good read.:)
So 21 it is for the month of December.:D
I work in a hospital and do shifts. We either get Christmas or New Year off. This year I was off at Christmas and usually was set to work tomorrow which means being awake, alert and at work at 7 am sharp.Anyway my boss phoned me this morning and asked if I minded working on the 2nd instead of the 1st.:j:jSomeone is off sick and it'll help balance the numbers.:j:jSo I'm off tomorrow!:j:jNo dragging myself out of bed at 5.25 am after not having slept because of noisy parties going on upstairs!:j:jCan you tell that I'm happy?!
Not that I'm planning the big night out or anything.I can't really get excited about New Year (used to love it)but I might have a small glass of Drambuie.:)
So however you're planning on celebrating New Year,I hope it's a good one.Happy New Year everyone!
See you next year x
