Halo 4 is another game where you shoot people (shoot em up), not sure about the language used or what the content is like eg do you blood etc.

The language on most of these games really isn't that bad. Nothing you don't hear in the playground.
Halo is not as bad as Call of Duty but its only available for Xbox not PS3. The reason I don't think it's as bad is its less realistic:

Still use your discretion but I think it's a good compromise as its better than an 18 rated game. Like I said though it depends on the individual child.
