I thought it may be a good idea to see who fairs the best. Maybe helping people who are looking to change and helping obtain the best deal.

1) ISP Provider
2) Term of Contract
3) Speed of Connection

5) Modem and Connection Charge
6) Upload/Download Cap
7) Good Points About The ISP
8) Bad Points About The ISP
9) Would You Recommend?

Possibly but it tends to be more of a problem page with various rants about certain problematic ISP's rather than user reviews. It's pretty obvious that the OP is paying way over the odds though!
