8) Tech Support Not The greatest
9) Yes

Just read user opinions at ispreview thinkbroadband etc. No point reinventing the wheel.

5)Wireless BeBox(Thomson) £24(though possible to recoup)
6) 4GB/Unlimited(?)
7) Freephone customer service and technical support. Surprisingly good.

Possibly but it tends to be more of a problem page with various rants about certain problematic ISP's rather than user reviews. It's pretty obvious that the OP is paying way over the odds though!
