I ordered the Alvar xs in line print for my holiday in the summer, I am on livehelp to ask for the 20% off. Aint holding out much hope though

Tell them on the page showing the discount it shows the kipling logo and you clicked through from there in good faith. Does it have the discount box on the page of the bag description aswell - they don't have a leg to stand on.

I just tried the code on a Defea bag that I want but it didn't work. Relieved in a way as I only bought an Indira (which I started using today and I love) two weeks ago!

Thanks floflo! I have just bought the fairfax in true blue! Fingers crossed, I really wanted a fairfax, but couldn't afford full price..the lightly used description on this bag seemed to refer to a pair of shoes (wear to soles, etc)… but hopefully bag with be in good condition. Will keep you posted!
