Went on Live Chat tonight for the first time - very painful and drawn out but they did eventually say that if I went on and asked next time I could get a postal label to return a handbag - wonder if it will work or not!

No don't buy it The handles are different levels & it hangs funny - had to send mine back
The front one is attached under the pocket & the back one is attached to the fabric but 1" higher
