Looking through now I cannot find one Kipling that it applies to - sorry.

These bags all have the 20% diso!!!! box on their page but won't apply in basket. I would say that if they are pf interest to anyone then definitely speak to live chat who can apply the discount - I did this with a kipling bag last year.

I also think that as the alvar has the 20% code displayed on its page the poster would that 20% refunded if they spoke to live chat. I would, I am always bothering them, lol.

I am sorely tempted by the Alvar Line print which is £38.99 so would be just over £30 after discount - which I am confident live chat would honour.

Off to look at it on youtube.

i spoke to live chat earlier and asked if the 20% off code could be added to my alvar order and they said no as already dispatched

Try again email or live chat make sure you ask them whether they would like you to return and reorder or will they refund the price difference.

I only very recently did this with a book and cd that were reduced after dispatch but before I'd received them.

Be persistent keep going on live chat round and round in circles if necessary they will give in, in the end.;)
