Has anyone else had an email from Amazon commenting on them returning stuff? I returned three bags but as they come with 'free returns' don't see why not. They were just asking if there was a problem they could sort out!
Oh that's worrying - I have a couple of items to return. I'm worried that they might deduct the postage price, as they did this once before - have you had full refunds?
What reason for return did you use?0 -

No had full refunds and they collected the parcels for free. Just said they were bigger than expected - which was true. But will be a bit more wary now of how many I return. But with bags I think you sometimes need to get them in your hands before you decide.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -

I've had that e-mail too - hope they don't ban me
Tried to return a bag today and they are making me pay postage - but miffed really as I'm sure it was free delivery and returns. Might have to ring customer services tomorrow.0 -
I returned a bag last weekend - first return I've ever done - I'd been expecting it to be a case of using my village post office but they offered Amazon locker and Collect plus - neither of which are nearby and I don't drive.
I was going to another city 20 miles away and saw a collect plus at a garage there under a mile from town so had to use that - when I returned it I think I selected too small - they did say onscreen about taking delivery return costs off the original amount - thought that was unfair when it had said free returns - but they never took anything - think if I buy another bag I will take a screen print of the free returns part! The guy at the garage said he's known them charge £8 return postage before!
I feel you need to see a bag In person - I think I need to go and look at the Kipling bags in a shop to see what I like then keep an eye out for it online.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

I've known it happen with other companies before, it seems to be with ones that have free delivery and returns, I suppose it's costing them too much, I know with some companies you can buy a reduced price collect+ label if you think you may have to return something.0
