Did reply to my above email and got a reply, seems it is a sort of warning. Will copy it here later when not on Kindle. But think I shall have to be very careful in future. I don't get out to shops though so cannot see them that way. A good way for me to give up.buying a bit I think!

I'm a bit annoyed really as I've gone through my history and I keep 60-70% of my purchases. It's only the bags I return, and not all of them.

Just looked and this year sent being back about 18% or 122 items ordered. Looks like they ought to have made their.policy a bit clearer, they offer free returns and then penalise.people.who take it up. In future will have to only return anything if faulty.

Yes I have also kept some of the bags, just bought 2 non kipling ones as gifts this week.

Can I ask those who have used alibaba.com how they paid for their purchases? I am not buying kipling but can't see the site mentioned in shopping, just looking for some info on how easy is it is to pay as they don't seem to take paypal.
