Can anyone tell me if all 'Defeas' are the same size/shape. There seems to be a choice of short handles or medium. Sorry, I'm confused.

The handles got a bit longer a few years ago, I think they are all probably longer now but some of the photos haven't been changed.

Just wanted to warn you guys about an issue I had with a recent Lightning deal.
I bought the new money wallet last week, which was on offer for £16 (see quoted post below).
I used a £25 e-voucher, and noticed that next time I went to use it I didn't have as much left on it as I ought to.

I checked my order history, and the price had changed to £20.63

I've just had a very long argument on Live Chat to get the overcharge refunded. Some error after the initial purchase apparently.
New Money Wallet on now (8am) at £16 in tropic flower B, mineral blue & sky blue

Dilly - don't give up - copy them what was posted here about the price being £16 - you might get a different person this time.

Keep at them - they kept telling me I was wrong but I wasn't giving in!
I copy pasted the confirmation email into the chat box.
Don't let them take your money!

  • Good morning...
I have just checked my emails to discover an email from the person I spoke to on Amazon chat about being overcharged on the wallet lightning deal to tell me that as an exception his supervisor has agreed to refund the difference :T
When I left the conversation I said I would not buy from them again!!
I think maybe I must buy to many bags etc from them (its been 1 a week for a little while but I have quit smoking for 10 mths now after 25 yrs so think that's ok :D )
Now to stalk the postman for my china delivery
    Have a lovely day

I've noticed recently that some other colours not in the lightning deals are cheaper, so if you are happy to consider other colours it's worth a look. Have my eye on the red chevron which will brighten up those dreary winter days!
