I can't see a way out.

I've just sat down and worked out how much I owe and when I saw the total I've just nearly thrown up. I don't how I'm ever going to find a way out. :( I don't know what I'm going to do.

Hm. I think part of what is needed is a spending diary. Get a notepad, and write down everything you spend, even if it is 10p.
