What about this:
Your blue badge does not entitle you to any parking privileges on private property. We would refer you to your blue badge handbook for more information.
So that means you can't get a fake PCN for not displaying one then.
Yes as their website quite correctly says that the blue badge scheme doesn't apply , but in their twisted deluded world you can bet they've put fake tickets on cars.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
well, i knew they were but thought what the hell i'll check any way and would you believe, FAKE papers, ive a good mind to counter claim against them!0

As I said earlier:
A well known tactic of CE as shown in the letter chains thread:

I would report them to the Office of Fair Trading and to the BPA citing a breach of their Code of Practice. Not that the BPA will do much at all but the more complaints the better, and copy in the DVLA as well on this email:
FOI@dvla.gsi.gov.uk
HTH, no need to counterclaim if you are not up for it but a couple of emails can drop them in it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you do go to the KFC, you need to sty calm and polite thorughout.
the employees, and even the management are probably clueless about the PPC operation and will beleive it to be a penalty fine or something of that nature.
you should find out, who the private parking company are opperating for ( ie KFC or the landlord ) if its the landlord who is it? if its KFC they will probably try and fob you off with the car park tickets are nothing to do with us as we contract that out to a parking compnay.
you then need to tell them that they are responsable for the actions of their agents, in thsi case the parking company, and unless the threatening letters stop you may comence action against that branch of KFC for harrasment.
A quick google search throwws up this http://www.abacusfinance.co.uk/Harassment-creditors-debt-collectors.htm
you can submit a claim for harrasment online at https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome
Let them (that KFC franchise/branch) know you are serious, suggest that they should also remove the parking company from their site imediatly to prevent this happening again.
Be firm, be polite dont, let them fob you off. From the Plain Language Commission:

Complaints to British Parking Association.
I made a complaint to them six months ago and they seem to be having difficulty dealing with it. Allegedly it was being looked at in September but so far there is no indication of any verdict and I'm becoming very sceptical and frustrated.
Does anybody have any experience of complaints against their members?

The only complaint they seem to take seriously is when a non member uses the BPA logo on its website. Then they seem to act very quickly to get it removed. But complaints about any of their members just seem to get lost or are dismissed as "nothing wrong".What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
