Looks like you got the mega mega deal off HUKD

Which happened to be a major major c@ck up by tmobile, basically a £10 sim only deal (12 month deal) for free, if you where very lucky you also got £50 via quidco

My deal has just finished, although i managed to renew at £5 per month

    Don't understand ?????
You had a free sim card with 300mins & 300 texts+ a booster free for 12 months and you never used it ????

I set mine up on line and got a bill every month ( i also have 2 other sim only deals) and got in touch prior to the contract end date,
Just renewed it today actually for a further 12 months at £5

My original idea/spur of the moment was to get it for use in a tablet, however that didnt come to fruition, so it seems the sim got filed away.

But the contract was for £0 per month with a 12 month minimum term, so wouldn't it revert to a rolling contract at the same price ie £0 per month?

Unless they put the price up, but they would have to let you know there was a price increase.

Or unless you original contract specified that the rolling contract (after 12 month) for be for a different amount.

If none of the above applies, then the rolling contract would also be £0 per month. It looks like you faithfully continued to pay them £0 per month, so there was no default.

No, the contract "WAS" actually £10 per month

But Tmobile applied a discount code which made it £0.00 per month

Due to the amazing gaff by tmobile they originally said no deal, however as there own T&C'S screwed themselves up

Tmobile then honoured the deal(also paying out with quidco £50)

However after the 12 months was up (around now) tmobile are only renewing the £10 original deal(and not the discount error)
However as i had a similar sim card deal for £5 i got mine renewed at £5 (instead of £10)

I have just logged into my account on Noddle and shocked to see exactly the same thing! My rating has gone from 5 down to 1!:eek:

Weirdly it states payment is up to 5 months late!

I also never used the deal as was tied into a contract with 3 anyway so in the end it was of no use to me. I never used the contract and had forgotten about it until today.

I didn't receive anything in the post, nor an email.

I did sign up to an online account so will settle and then complain I think.

I have just been looking through my bills online and it is amazingly confusing.

In May I thought about using the sim from them and put it in my mobile. This seem to have triggered something since although having internet, texts and calls I was charged 6p for something.

This has gradually been building throughout the year until November when it has increased to 42p in addition to the £10.50 payable.

I don't know what this is for, why they didn't send me any emails that I had an outstanding amount on my account and why they didn't use the account details I entered at the time.

Let me know how you get on. I will be chasing it to as I feel they have made a mistake here but not letting me know in any form, via letter or email that my account was in arrears because I did not have an account setup.

Indeed if I hadn't of looked at Noddle tonight I probably would not have known for a number of months.

And now I am sat here at 00.42 with work in the morning worried that this has destroyed my credit rating that I worked so hard to keep perfect.
