    Well as they have OFFCIAL forums. They DO NOT have to have anyone to monitor forums such as this.
    Starting a thread there with the issues is a great idea as its a easy find for people who may have the same problem.

    Seems to me to be great customer service from a company who cares....

    And I have no ties to them at all as I use 02 :rotfl:
