I returned the diamond ring almost 2 weeks ago now. I've called them 3 different times about the refund, and each time they said they would call me back that day and each time never bothered to do so.

What is the process for getting our money back now, should I email them, do I need evidence of our exchanges? We paid using our credit card if it helps.

I would never recommend this site, they use pics that are not representative of the items, fob me off each time I call and don't call back despite promising to do so within the day - Im so annoyed with this company! AND they are holding a large chunk of my money that they have no right to! :mad::mad::mad:

Do you have proof that the returned package was delivered?

Why are they saying they'll call back instead of dealing with your calls there and then? Who are you speaking to? Have you asked to be put through to someone who will deal with your refund instead of being called back?

Re buying coloured diamonds - some are treated to enhance the colour and some are natural.

The website your OH used doesn't say which theirs are - if I were paying a lot of money, I'd want to know which I was buying.
