dvd+r and hard drive help

    Both drives are IDE/PATA type. Espresso's caddy will take either type though.
    If not sure, take the drive into a computer shop and say 'I want a USB caddy for one of these please' (unless it's PCW, in which case they won't know the difference, and will just wipe the hard drive for you) ;)
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Great stuff, ill buy it.

    So lets just clarify

    I will plug this caddy into my pc using a usb. I will attach the hard drive to the caddy and bingo?

    Is that correct?
    All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

    Most people would fit the drive into the caddy first and then connect the caddy to the PC via the USB cable.
