Monnogran have you uploaded your pics to an online site such as Photobucket or Flickr? Really want to see your stockings. Ooh-er ;) :rotfl:

Absolutely shattered today. Yesterday managed to completely clear (for us) the garage. It's got a big wide open space in it now right down the centre - it's scarey...... Got loads of stuff deposited at the local dump and found a couple of things to put on ebay. A footspa which apart from the box being bashed is in perfect condition and I think has only been used twice. Mr Rage found a couple of large underfloor heating mats from when he was trying to start his own business. Just got to get them listed now.... Found some more stuff we thought had gone as well AND we don't need to buy any bleach/turps/white vinegar/plant food for some time....:o Then went completely mad and went to see "Skyfall". 2-4-1 orange Wednesday AND as it was before 6 pm it was a "bargain matinee price" of £6 per ticket so on the 2-4-1 it was £3 each! Result :j Had loads of work today as well and have managed to make five portions of cauliflower cheese (4 for the freezer) from one cauli - very happy. Didn't sleep so well though AND the wheat grass order didn't turn up so rang AGAIN today and had no reply..... If nothing is delivered tomorrow I will be threatening them with a solicitor. I've paid £40 for a month's supply and got 2 weeks.... not a happy bunny.... Still had quite a bit of work today and more work on the house to follow so if it's a couple of days before I post you know I'm missing in decluttering action :rotfl:
But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green :D
  • Evening everyone.
It is really blowing a gale outside.
I currently have the house to myself, we ate dinner at 2.30pm and all the cleaning up has been done, so I have some me time :D

We went shopping this morning, didn't need a great deal, but ended up getting another pressie for DS and some Chelsea boots that were reduced to £7.49 for DH, so we spent a little more than we wanted to, but if they boots last DH a while then that is a good buy.

DSIL phoned and is planning a meal/family get together on the 9th December at the place we went to last year for the Outlaws 60th anniversary, so really it is an early 61st anniversary party, I just hope that the food is better than the last time we went.

Molly animated-smileys-hug-002.gif I hope you feel better soon.
Bitsy, I hope that Luna is ok and that the vet bill isn't too horrendous
tappers that was the sort of bill we had when our poor late lamented Boxy was ill this year, we didn't begrudge it and would have paid anything to get him well, but sadly it wasn't to beanimated-smileys-sad-022.gif I still fill up when I think of him

    Evening all

    Hope everyone is ok.

    Bitsy, hope Luna is ok.

Our vet bill in Sept was three and a half grand. And my lovely Boots died. :(

So I think I win the vet fees competition! ;)

We have a lovely kitten from cats protection.

Today I made a huge mince type bolognaise. Some has gone in a lasagne and the rest in the freezer for bolognaise in a few weeks. I used mince, loads of veg, a mug of lentils, a handful of oats and a tin of tomatoes and a packet of pasatta. It made loads. Will serve tonight's lasagne with garlic bread in a homage to the 80's ;)

Did my bed and the toddlers bed today. So all the beds have been changed this week.

Bathroom has had a good clean today. I even got on the step ladder and cleaned the bits out if my reach.i don't know if to be :D or  at cleaning the top of my bathroom door. It was "a bit" (ahem) dusty.

Toddler is getting better now thank goodness. I don't usually worry too much when the kids are ill but his cough was very bad. Luckily it's ok now. He's had the whooping cough jab though.

Right, I did read the thread earlier, but I've forgotten. Sorry, you must think I'm so rude.

Lots of love (((hugs))) and spoons

  • Evening all

((((((hugs)))))) to all the poorly animals and OSers!
Hope you are all keeping safe in this horrible weather.

Sorry have read thread but not taken anything in. I'm shattered. Looong day. Work kids in this morning, had lots to do with them but they have now finished their education files :). It was on of their birthdays so I bought cake and we finished the morning with a cuppa and cake. Then this afternoon me and my collegue went and cashed in all the change we raised yesterday for notes, and bought 1000 little chocolates for our santa's grotto event we are doing in few weeks time. Only cost £45 as the packs were BOGOF.

After work I went to meet the girls for dinner as it's my friends birthday. We went to a Beefeater, quite nice food.

Only OS thing today was taken HM soup for lunch.

    Night all

Still haven't unlocked the mysteries of photobucket. I got one photo downloaded on to it but forgot what I did and now can't shift any of the others. The one I did get into PB I can't get on to the post. It's to late to think now but I will tackle it again tomorrow.

    Goodnight
