I am moving to where you all live so I can have a cheap vet. Lunas stay to have dermatitis treated (day patient with sedative) cost me £120 :eek: she's been walked and now fed. Heading out hope she doesn't puke whilst I am out
Ally I would insist on yup our mum going sooner, my mum ended up being rushed in with an infected gallbladder so please don't let her leave it xxx hope she's ok soon.
Tappers glad Louie is ok xxI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Aw poor poorly animals. My two (not poorly) are currently sleeping on top of each other. Thank goodness the jack Russell is on top of the Labrador Else she be squished pup!!
So far today have cleared both boys rooms of dirty washing, rubbish, broken toys and put away their cuddliest. They will have to tidy the rest of their room when they get home. Have bought and wrapped wine for school fair, sorted school fair banner, sorted school calendars out, cleared half of craft room. Quick lunch break then am painting a chest of drawers for a customer and have a kitchen the whizz through. Ys steak for tea this evening. Steak and chips, yummy!
Hugs to those not well, get better soon xxMe, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.0 -

Hi all.
Healing vibes and a gentle GWS lick from Dylan for all the poorly furbabies; Little Dog, Luna and Louie, we both hope you're feeling better by now. Molly not lumping you in with the dogs, but similar wishes for you, too.:o

I'm well cheesed off - Mr LW ordered a new computer from D3ll on 11th November; his pc has died, and he's having to use my laptop and get his email via the ISP website, so he'd decided to treat himself to a nice gaming computer.
Anyways - he got the order acknowledgement the same evening - then.... nothing. Day before yesterday we tried to query via email why the hold up - their email system was down.
So I said I'd try again, which I did yesterday - their email system was still down. !!!!!!, this is an IT sompany, you'd think they'd be all over email problems like a rash! You can only call them Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm, and I don't do phones :eek::eek::eek::eek: so I emailed Mr LW at work to let him know.
He called them - got put on hold:mad: for ages, but finally got through; apparently D3ll cancelled the order because they can't get the graphics card he asked for. No explanation of why - and what I want to know is when, if ever, were they planning on letting us know??:mad::mad:
He left it that they were supposed to call him back with info on what graphics cards they could offer before close of business yesterday, but they didn't; so I think we're going to tell them to go and do one, and purchase elsewhere. One of his gaming colleagues has recommended a supplier who they say is good for gaming PCs.
What a faff, though! Would it have been so difficult for D3ll to email? Or if their email really isn't operational (for all that length of time????) they have his mobile number. Or, in extremis, there's always Snail Mail! GGGGRRRRR:mad:
OK rant over.;)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

morning!
thankyou to those who asked - Louie had a good night. He was very clingy during the evening so I sat on the floor with him and we snuggled up in a big fleece, he was much happier then and went to sleep. He slept ok in the kitchen in a big cage next to his mate Mig.
The vets have had over £300 off us in the last few weeks! he is insured but jabs and castration don't come under it unfortunately. Apparently the bill is so high because of the time involved under anaesthetic - it goes up for every 15 mins spent in theatre.
I'm not going to art class this morning as I want to stop at home and kee an eye on Louie so I'm decluttering, doing a shopping list and me and DS are tackling the bedroom from hell later!
Washing machine on the go - very windy here!
Time to face the music - hope you feel better soon x
have a great day all
take care x
Thanks very much taplady. I think my germs need to blow away, like everything else appears to be doing here in this wind!

WARNING!
I am experimenting with photos and am just about to try posting a photo of my Christmas stockings here. So if you suddenly find the entire thread blocked out with an enormous picture, or if you kind there is an empty post it will be me with my normal understanding of all things technical. Here goes.
Just as I thought, back to the drawing board. Got a nice little square with a red cross in the middle, but no picture, not nohow.I believe that friends are quiet angels
