My Mam used to make apple batter with left over mix. Just slice cooking apples into dish, pour mix over, cook and sprinkle with a bit of sugar when cooked......yummy0

Hi,
I made yorkshire puddings for last night's dinner and I have some of the mix left.
I've kept it in the fridge over night, so I'm sure its fine, but what do I do with it??
My yorkshire puddings aren't good enough to make up and freeze  so am I stuck with just having yorkshire pudding for lunch so I don't have to throw it away???
P.S There is probably not enough for a main meal and I'm planning on doing spag bol for dinner tonight anyway...0 -

In Brittany France, they have a regional dish called Far Bretton which is very similar Yorkshire Puddings with Prunes in it. Its delicious and very cheap to make. I got the recipe off the internet (BBC website I think).0
