    yes i would

just did too......found a bargain so i went for it. the TV was £350 cheaper than other seller like Currys/PC world and on the top they offered me 10% of the order because it was my first Very.co.uk order so paid £1145 for a £1600 TV set! just hope that I don't have to return it now ;)

So you never contacted Very/SDG (Who would have accepted the return under the DSRs) Went via the online return system selected another item (As electricals ask you to call) and tried to beat the system that way.

So RCU returned the item to you (and charged you £3.95) or kept it at Raven until you tell them when you want it back.

I'm guessing you have had the Elizabeth Lofthouse letter. You can only plead now to Customer Excellence as you were relying on their own return policy.

Yes - me. And I have done for 20-odd years (it's my usual Sunday AM ritual). ;)
    I vacuum too.
Hoovering on a Sunday morning?! Sacrilegious!

You won't be able to hear The Archers.
I prefer Radio 2, The Andrew Marr Show and Sunday Politics myself ;)
