I had never heard of it. I'll get him to contact Orange this morning to discuss it with them. If no favourable reply, I think he will just cancel. Do other companies charge? If so they must be making a bomb. How do you turn the feature off Tony 5101- is it in the text menu? Grateful for your help. Thanks.

Yeas, they've charged for at least the last 7 years.

Its in the T&C's.

It's only .01 of a penny, so to clock up 7 quids worth of costs he's sent a lot of texts!!

Yes, when you don't check charges it out it's always someone else's fault.

What sort of phone does he have? It's a setting in the phone options...but if you let me know what type it is, I can try to help with the right menu to go to etc.
