World of Vouchers / Luxury Offers Direct

Despite the below, I have still received nothing further. I have raised a claim through PayPal which has been denied without giving a reason, so I can only assume this is a scam company.
To summarise, I ordered a 14 piece casserole dish set and received 4 pieces only. Despite being promised the other items, nothing has arrived, despite these items being offered through another 'voucher' from the same company. I escalated a claim through PayPal but this was found in WOV favour without a reason being given, despite me not receiving what I ordered. I now see others have the same problem.
The below info is now out of date - unfortunately I have deleted my initial post.
Their customer service department has claimed this is a mistake, and the missing items will be posted out to me. I will wait and see, as I was very sceptical due to the price change and the wording on the website, but so far, this seems to be a legitimate company providing a very good quality product at an amazing price, and I offer my apologies to the company concerned!

I have of course emailed the customer support section of the company, and obviously if they come back to me, apologise for the error and fulfill the original order I'll come back and edit this post to say how good World Of Vouchers and Luxury Offers Direct are, and how good their customer service is - however I can't see that happening.

Why amend the OP? I appreciate this is being sorted out but this issue may affect other people on this site who now cannot see your original problems.

Fair point - just didn't want to slate the company after they've tried to fix it - will leave it as is now you've provided the cached copy.

Maybe it's just me and blunther who of had problems but I haven't even got as far as reciving the goods yet as my first try resulted in 13 emails to get a voucher and giving up and getting a refund ( good service on that bit) Then I tried again with a new order for 2 sets of "comfy bras and free modesty panel" and good news got a voucher, unfurtunatally it doesn't work and postage has suddenly gone up a £1.00 AND after digging around in my WOV acc i found annother voucher which also works for just one set. So it goes from an expected total of £24.00 to £30.00. Now £6.00 might not be a lot but IT'S my £6.00 and i don't see why they should add costs this way! BUT maybee it's all me and like blunther I will get more emails from WOV (24 so far!!!!!) and it can all be sorted out. WATCH THIS SPACE.:mad:0

Also, OP - use saynoto0870.com to find a cheaper alternative to their expensive 0871 number.0 -

I have emailed several times had a reply after approx 36 hours, but now am waiting for a reply to the out of stock situation, when they are still selling them.0

I have ordered the same set... and have been waiting 2 months for it! I also have only received the casserole sets.... I can now not get thru, their phones don't work!! gr8... guess they have now gone out of business..0 -
I am having a similar problem. Received my voucher which is displaying not valid and I am trying to use it against the comfy bras. I have sent 4 emails but have had no reply - and their phone lines are not working - guess we have been had?>? Do not use this site/company0
