  • Some may find it reassuring to hear that my order arrived two days ago, well packed, with an invoice, and was complete. Sounds like I was one of the lucky ones, but just pointing out as it may be a bit of disorganisation/suddenly getting overwhelmed with orders on the part of the company, rather than anything else. Good luck with sorting out your issues and getting your orders.
  • Hmm, still no goods. Have just rung them as money has left bank account and order was placed on 20th November and they have no trace of the order even though I have had an email confirmation from them. Have to wait now for them to call me back. Hope they find this as wanted them for christmas goodies...
  • not all mine arrived so phoned the company and they were very apologetic and gave me an immediate refund to the items as they had all gone out of stock - however that afternoon i received a further 2 boxex and like a fool had to phone them back to stop refund (which had already been sent to my paypal account) and apologise for being a fool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so all those having problems just phone them they really are a good company willing to listen and act !!!!!!

    Just had a phone call back, really helpful on phone but now told about half my order out of stock grrr..... why could they not email me???? They have now said will send within 24hrs and should have by middle of next week...refund will be sent back to paypal within a few days.
    They have said they are really busy though so anyone not receiving their order might be worth ringing them.

    Which number did you ring Welshsue? I was wondering if they had a cheaper number than the 0844 number? Ive had an email from paypal to say they are refunding the money for the out of stock item....but still not heard anything else...this is 9 days after delivery

  • Just had a response from them on paypal. They were very nice and said they apologised but part of my order was out of stock and instead of that part being cancelled and the rest of the order being sent it had basically been sitting in limbo until I prompted them.

    Defo good customer service once you actually manage to get hold of someone

    I rang them today, my parcel was sent out yesterday...so they take the money then 9 days later send the goods out? Wont be shopping with them again!!Should be here end of next week....so 3 week turnaround

    well, the saga continues.... just had 2 emails from them saying 2 more items out of stock, they were meant to have sent my order on thursday last week. Rang them again and they have said there were glitches in the system so orders were not getting through and they have been in on saturday trying to sort out. Now transpires my order was sent royal mail on friday but from a £16 order, only £5 of goods have been sent. Told them I am really fed up and they can cancel the whole order and issue a refund. They are doing that immediately apparantly (well within 3-5 days anyway!!) and I have to refuse/send the items back when they arrive. If I hadn't rung them up I have no idea when the original £11 refund would have been put on.
    Will not be using them again and have told them so as a lot of this order was for christmas items so I have wasted nearly 2 weeks waiting for them to get their act together.
    I suggest we avoid this company until they sort themselves out.

    No reply to e-mail, so phoned. I was told there was a problem with Paypal orders not downloading to their system, apparently they were unaware of an order until asked by customer where it was. When looked into it was not there. Asked me to phone back today!!!! However, in my e-mails this morning was an e-mail saying unable to fulfill order and a refund would follow. Watch this space, not a happy bunny
