Same happened with postage on mine, tried a couple of times if you go to checkout first rather than paypal first it gives a free del option x0

I'd be careful with this company. I've had to do a number of chargebacks recently for their sister company RUCraft. If you make an order where they don't make enough profit, they keep your money but don't send out the goods. If you challenge it, they say you used an invalid voucher code, even if you didn't use a code. After several months of them sitting on my money and ignoring multiple requests for a refund or my order, I had to charge back.
In short, keep a very careful eye on your orders and make sure you charge back if they don't send out the goods. Their customer service is absolutely hopeless and all they do is lie or ignore you, as other people have already found in posts above.
It's a shame, as both sites offer a good range of craft goods at reasonable prices, but in my experience they are both incompetent and dishonest.0
